Many of the Loire valley winemakers are involved in organic wine making. Only a few are producing all natural wines. We have identified some of the best natural winemakers. This is an opportunity to meet them and learn from them. You will be able to taste some of the better known Loire valley AOP (appellations) such as: Chinon, Bourgueil, and Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil for the reds and Saumur, Coteaux du Vendomois, Touraine, Cheverny for the whites. The natural wines do not carry an appellation name but come also from vineyards located within the famous appellations. We will have lunch in a restaurant only using local produces from “farm to table”. At the end of the day, we will drive you back to your local hôtel or train station.
